What exactly does SLAM do?

We become the marketing function you have been trying to be on your own. You bring the vision and the goal for the business. You get a senior partner thinking alongside you on where to take it, and a full team underneath that to make it real. Most leaders carry the marketing in their head and never have the hours or the hands to get it out. That part is ours now. You stay the founder. You stop being the marketing department.

What will it cost?

About what one or two good hires would run you, and for that you get the senior partner plus the whole team behind them, not a single overworked generalist. We scope it plainly before you spend a dollar, so the number is settled and you can decide with your eyes open. A long commitment should never keep you from finding out what working with us is like, so new clients start month to month. If we are not a fit, you can leave anytime. If we are, a longer agreement is there for the security most of our long-term clients want, and it lets us staff your account for the long run.

Who will actually do the work?

The people you meet. The work is founder-led on every account, and the team that starts your work stays on it. Our own people, who have worked together for years, do the day-to-day. When a job calls for a specialist we do not keep on staff, we bring in someone we know and trust, often local to you, and we hold their work to the same standard as our own. We are not naive about staffing. We are deliberate about it.

How fast do you turn things around?

You know the delivery date before the work starts. Speed varies with what you are asking for, and we are honest about that up front rather than after. We treat that date as the commitment we plan around, and if anything ever threatens it, you hear from us early. So you can plan around us instead of chasing us.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We will never promise you a sales number we do not control. What we promise is execution that shows up the same way every month, pointed straight at the goal you hired us for, run by people you can actually talk to on Zoom. That is the part we own, and we own it completely. And we put our money where our mouth is. All new clients start on month to month contracts. Not satisfied? You can fire us anytime.
