Privacy Policy
Slam Agency, Inc. runs slamagency.com as a brochure and contact site. There’s nothing to buy and no account to create. We use one analytics tool — Google Analytics — to understand how people find and move through the site, and we collect what you type into our contact and newsletter forms. We don’t sell or share your information, we don’t run advertising trackers, and we don’t try to match your visit to your email, your social profiles, or any outside data. That’s the whole picture, and the rest of this page is the detail.
-
Who we are.
This site is operated by Slam Agency, Inc., based in St. Louis, Missouri. Questions: email manager@slamagency.com or write to us at 222 S Meramec Ave Ste 202, Saint Louis, MO 63105-3514.

What we collect, and how.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). When you visit, Google Analytics records basic technical information about the visit so we can see what’s working and what isn’t: your IP address; your browser and device type (user-agent, screen size, operating system); the pages you view and each page’s address (URL), including how you arrived (for example, a link or a search); and on-site actions like clicks and scroll depth. We use this only in aggregate — to count visits, see which pages people read, and improve the site. We don’t use it to build a profile of you, and we don’t try to identify you personally from it.
How the data travels. Analytics requests go first to our own slamagency.com infrastructure, and we pass the information above to Google to process on our behalf. We’ve set this up so the analytics data is handled as first-party data — your browser doesn’t send it directly to Google.
Forms. When you fill out our contact form or sign up for our newsletter, we collect what you give us — typically your name, email address, and anything you write in the message — plus the date and time you submitted it and your record that you agreed to our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. We use contact-form information to reply to you and follow up about working together. We use newsletter information only to send the emails you signed up for. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them.
-
Cookies and similar technology.
Google Analytics may set a cookie in your browser to tell repeat visits apart and avoid double-counting. It holds a random identifier — not your name, not a password, not anything you typed. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them. We don’t use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any tool that tracks you across other websites.
-
Who handles the data, and our promise on selling and sharing.
Google as our processor. We use Google Analytics under Google’s data-processing terms, which make Google our service provider — Google processes the analytics data on our instructions and isn’t allowed to use it for its own purposes. We’ve also turned on Google’s Restricted Data Processing setting, the configuration designed to meet the California Consumer Privacy Act’s limits on how a service provider may use the data.
We don’t sell or share your information. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising — those are defined terms under California law, and neither one describes what we do. We don’t run identity-resolution services, we don’t match your visit to outside data brokers, and we don’t hand your form information to advertisers. We will disclose information only: to the service providers that help us run the site (like Google Analytics, and our email and hosting providers), under contracts that limit them to working on our behalf; if the law requires it or to respond to a valid legal process; or to protect our rights, safety, or the security of the site.
-
Your privacy rights in California (CCPA/CPRA).
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights over the personal information businesses hold about you. You can ask us to: tell you what categories of personal information we’ve collected about you and how we use it; give you a copy of the specific information we hold; delete information we’ve collected from you; and correct inaccurate information. Because we don’t sell or share personal information, there’s no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” process to run — there’s nothing to opt out of. We won’t treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email manager@slamagency.com with enough detail for us to find your information and confirm it’s really you. We’ll respond within the timelines the law requires.
-
How long we keep it.
We keep Google Analytics data only as long as we need it to understand site traffic, within the retention window set in our Google Analytics account. We keep contact and newsletter information for as long as we’re in touch with you or you stay subscribed, and we delete or de-identify it when it’s no longer needed or when you ask us to.
-
Children.
This site is meant for a business audience and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
-
Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll post the new version here with a fresh “Effective” date. The version in effect when you submitted a form governs that submission.
