Advisory & Fractional CMO
I help
CEOs see.
CEOs live in noise. Conflicting advice from every direction. Consultants selling frameworks. Vendors selling urgency. Everyone has a take, and very few have the judgment to know which one is right.
I have spent twenty years advising leaders on positioning and go-to-market, close enough to watch which calls hold up and which quietly fall apart. You get that judgment directly and early, before a bad call turns expensive.
How I work
Fewer, better ideas.
You do not need more ideas. You need fewer, better ones, and someone willing to say which will not work. Advisors who agree with you are a luxury good. I push back once, honestly, then commit to the call you make. It works best with picky, demanding leaders, the kind who have already fired a comfortable opinion or two.
Where it matters now
Speed just means you’re wrong faster.
AI is reshaping how companies operate, rarely the way the headlines promise. The edge is knowing where it creates leverage and where it creates risk. A tool built to please hands you a polished answer to the wrong question, and judgment is the only thing that catches it in time. That is the work.

Say what’s broken.
If you’re a founder or a leader who suspects that what got you here won’t get you there, this is probably the conversation you’ve been putting off.
Reach out and you’ll get a straight read on the gap and what it would take to close it. You keep that clarity whether or not you hire me.
